Wild Arugula Salad
Ingredients
- ½ Wild Arugula
- 1 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 piece Shallot, sliced thin
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparing the Wild Arugula Salad:
- Place Arugula in a small bowl with the vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sliced shallots, and season with salt and pepper. Toss the salad well and garnish the plates with it.
