Wild Arugula Salad
Ingredients
  • ½ Wild Arugula
  • 1 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 piece Shallot, sliced thin
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparing the Wild Arugula Salad:
  1. Place Arugula in a small bowl with the vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, sliced shallots, and season with salt and pepper. Toss the salad well and garnish the plates with it.
