GILT Pot Pie

This leftover-inspired creation is the ultimate post-holiday meal, and it
takes only fifteen minutes to prepare. Give your cold turkey and stuffing the royal treatment with the Gilt Pot Pie!

GILT Pot Pie
GILT Pot Pie Ingredients:
  • Prime Picked Turkey Meat
  • 8 ounces Stuffing
  • 8 ounces Mashed Potatoes
  • 4 ounces Green Beans, blanched
  • 4 ounces Roasted Pearl Onions
  • 4 ounces Mushrooms
  • 4 ounces Cranberry Sauce
  • 2 cups Turkey Gravy
  • 10 inch Pre-made pie crust, found in most Supermarkets Frozen Section
  • 1 egg, whipped in a bowl
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Side Note:
You can use any type of leftover for this recipe, just throw it all into one Baking dish and cover with a pie crust and bake; presto, dinner for 4 people in 20 minutes.

Special Equipment:
  • 8 inch Pie Dish

Preparing the Pot Pie:
  1. Pre-heat a convection oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Layer everything in the pie dish and cover with gravy. Gently place pie crust over the pie and crimp down the edges. Be sure to make a hole to allow the excess steam and pressure to escape. With a basting brush, apply a nice coat of egg wash to the outer layer of the pie crust. Bake for 20 minutes and serve.
