Cinnamon Spice Cotton Candy

Yields: 10 small Clouds of Cotton Candy

Ingredients:

• ½ cup sanding sugar
• 1 drop of Brown Sugar Dye
• 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Flavoring Oil

Special Equipment:

• Cotton Candy Machine
  • Small ones found in most Toy Stores
  • Large ones found on-line

Preparing the Cotton Candy:

1. Combine the sugar, dye, and flavoring in a large bowl. Mix sugar well and then put into a convection oven for 20 minutes at 100 degrees, just until the excess moisture dries off.
2. Add sugar to machine and spin sugar until cotton candy forms. You might have to store cotton candy in plastic bags until needed. Moisture does not get along with cotton candy.
