Glass Selections
GILT has built an extensive Wine By the Glass list with over 50 selections. A number of the wines follow core styles, as others are rotated throughout the seasons. This way we are able to make sure that the wine selection complements seasonal dishes on the menu.
Bottle Selections
GILT houses over 2,100 bottles of wine, including 50 selections under $50 and over 250 under $100. The bottle list features deep selections of The Old World's most classic wines from some of its very best vintages. Along with a broad, well crafted selection of the New Worlds most sought after cult wines, and great up and coming wines of regions from all over the world.
