    Experience an unforgettable wine experience with an organic wine dinner on April 14, 2010. Acclaimed wine importer Joe Dressner along with GILT's Wine Director, Patrick Cappiello, will host an evening dedicated to the finest organic wines from Europe.

    Executive Chef Justin Bogle of GILT will prepare an exclusive six-course organic menu. Each course will be paired with three flights of organic wine hand-selected by Dressner and Cappiello ($275 per person).
